Due to our small number of rooms (just 7) we require your credit card details to secure the reservation of the purposed stay, the booking will not be charged to your card until you arrive.
If a cancellation is made 30 days prior to the purposed arrival date there is a full refund given.
In the case of a cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the date of stay, the first nights deposit will be charged to your card plus 50% of the entire stay reserved. On a cancellation made 14 days or less prior to the check-in date or a “No Show” occurs, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
During the Christmas and Easter periods we require full down payment 60 days prior to your check-in date. There will be no refund for cancellations made 60 or fewer days prior to your arrival date.

As we want to provide our guests with a peaceful and relaxing stay we had to make the hard decision to not permit children under the age of 6 years to stay in the hotel.
